Linda Håkansson (fitness instructor) and Jeanette Pettersson (esthetician) have been living in Cyprus for over 20 years, working across the tourism and wellness industry in a variety of hotels. With thousands of fitness and spa treatments between us, we bring experience, passion, and care to every retreat.
Our goal is simple: to make you feel welcome, comfortable, and looked after. From the moment you arrive, we ensure your experience is welcoming, relaxing, and filled with moments that nourish your body and mind. With us, you are truly in good hands.
Join our retreat at the adult-only King Jason Protaras hotel, located next to the Nausicaa Beach hotel by the crystal-clear waters of the famous Fig Tree Bay. This retreat is designed to help you slow down, move gently, awaken your mind and body, and enjoy time for yourself or with others, whether that means joining a class, exploring the sea, reading by the pool, or sipping a premium cocktail at sunset.
There's no pressure to attend every activity — you choose your perfect pace. Our Swedish- and English-speaking team is here to support you throughout your stay.
Daily Retreat Timetable
(The final timetable will be published one week before arrival)
Morning - Yoga or Pilates class- Sunrise walk along the beach- Breakfast buffet
Midday / Lunch - Beach or pool time- Sip non-alcoholic cocktails or drinks of your choice- Reading, relaxation, or light swim
Afternoon - Circuit, yoga, or Pilates class- Post-class walk along the beach/coastal paths- Included in your retreat: Spa or beauty treatment at Nausicaa, paddleboarding on Fig Tree Bay, snorkelling with turtles- One day: Hike at Cape Greco- One afternoon: Wine tasting session
Evening - Sunset walk- Dinner at all-inclusive restaurants- Relaxation time: cocktails, lounge, or quiet reflection

Classes and walks are optional, so you can participate at your own pace.
The schedule balances movement, wellness, and relaxation, with plenty of free time.
